We built it around a simple idea: employers shouldn’t have to sort through a pile of resumes, and candidates shouldn’t have to worry about their privacy during the process. Every candidate we recommend has been through structured document verification and human review before an employer ever sees them — represented through a Candidate Match Passport rather than a raw resume.
We started with the roles Ontario’s healthcare system needs most — personal support workers, registered practical nurses and registered nurses — with nurse practitioners and physicians as further focus areas. The platform is built to grow into additional healthcare professions without a rewrite.
Maya, our AI recruitment assistant, helps a small team support a much larger pipeline of candidates and employers — but every hiring, verification and placement decision is made by a person.
